The signee below takes full responsibility for their physical, emotional, financial & energetic well being while at or working with The Earth Temple, in Green Valley Lake, or any site, with any work with The Earth Temple, Rev. Briana Lynn or any of her co-creators. Any injury incurred in any way is the responsibility of the signee below.

If any discrepancy that arrises, the signee agrees to work it out in mediation, outside of legal recourse, by the state laws of California & the Federal Laws of The United States of America, including within any emails exchanged & anything witnessed in conversation.

While we do our best to maintain the safety of everyone, any online or in person event occurrences to self is under full responsibility of the participant. The Earth Temple & all associates take zero responsibility for the safety of the participants while on any property anywhere in physical or digital space.
