Legal Terms:
This is an NDA between the Signee (you who signs below) and The Earth Temple, Liberation Mystery School (LMS) and anyone associated with them at any time.

By signing below, the Signee acknowledges a full release of any and all social, legal and et al liability with The Earth Temple/LMS and all human and non-human associates, for self and anyone they bring to our online or in person spaces; including but not limited to the release of all liability for any physical, emotional, mental, medical, financial or otherwise decisions, injuries, or occurrences near or with online or in-person interactions or experiences at any location, at any time, from date of signing forward and backward in time in perpetuum.

Any information shared in person or on the following sites (verbal teachings, course material, web page educational support, Mighty Networks, text messages, social media posts, etc.) may not be replicated in any way without previously dated written permission. Any use of our material must be named back to The Earth Temple, Liberation Mystery School (LMS) and anyone associated with them, through the websites, liberation-ms.com & theearthtemple.com or from any in-person events.

The material and content accessible from theearthtemple.com, liberation-ms.com and any other website or social media site owned, operated, licensed, or otherwise controlled by The Earth Temple, 501c(3) (the “Content”) is the intellectual property of The Earth Temple/LMS or the party that provided or licensed the content to The Earth Temple/LMS.  

In doing so, Signee may not remove or alter, or cause to be removed or altered, any copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, or any other proprietary notice or legend appearing on any of the Content.  Modification or use of the Content except as expressly provided in these Terms violates The Earth Temple’s/LMS’s intellectual property rights. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to Signee by access to this site.

If Signee desires to utilize anything created by The Earth Temple/LMS or its team, from our online or in-person spaces, for your students, allies or for your own sharing and work, you may and must request and receive written permission via email at support@theearthtemple.com

While it is very rare, any media we record of the Signee will be with explicit, informed, and written consent before recording. This media is ours to use, including to but not limited to image, voice, voice, and writing, in perpetuum. This media will only be used publicly if previously agreed upon in writing.

The Signee understands that The Earth Temple is a church. We are not a replacement for medical, mental, physical, emotional, financial or any other professional advice or support. It is full choice of the Signee to participate with The Earth Temple/LMS. Any choice that the Signee makes about their life while with or after interacting with The Earth Temple/LMS is fully the signee’s responsibility and not the responsibility of anyone working with or associated with The Earth Temple/LMS. The Signee fully releases The Earth Temple/LMS and all of their associates from any legal or social liability.

The Signee takes full responsibility for their physical, emotional, mental, financial, and energetic well being while at or working with The Earth Temple/LMS, or any site, with any work with The Earth Temple/LMS, or any associates.

The Signee takes full responsibility for bringing any minor to any events. All minors are the responsibility of the guardian, parent or caretaker that brings them to any Earth Temple/LMS in person or online gathering, in anyway.

Any injury, harm or any event incurred in any way to self or those they care for while on The Earth Temple/LMS properties or event spaces or traveling to or from them is the full responsibility of the Signee below.

The Signee agrees to not take any information about The Earth Temple/LMS, other participants, or anyone associated with The Earth Temple/LMS to social media, or to anyone else outside of this organization. Signee is welcome to share their personal experience with a professional in a therapeutic setting, or with others associated within The Earth Temple/LMS. The Siggee agrees to not share the experience of others nor the structure of The Earth Temple/LMS online or in-person events, offerings or calls.

Signee agrees to not share any disparaging or negative information about The Earth Temple/LMS or any of their associates in any public facing way. This includes but is not limited to; social media, any public forum (Reddit etc), or in any group texts outside of The Earth Temple/LMS online or in-person spaces.

If any discrepancy arrises, the Signee agrees to fully work it out in mutually-agreed upon conversation time. If needed the discrepancy can be worked out in Signee-incurred-cost mediation, outside of any legal recourse or threat, by the state laws of California and the Federal Laws of The United States of America (and international when applicable) including within any emails, texts or other communication exchanged.

Signee signs the following in good faith — that we can work everything out together, outside of any and all legal recourse.
