  • MUSIC - here is the gift of the Ceremony Music Playlist (on Google Drive) - with many of the songs we played.

  • EAT GOOD, CLEAN FOOD. (Ask body 3 times if that is what is desired!)

  • LOTS of good water. Especially the next 3 days. At least 3 liters/day. Your body is still detoxing.

  • Positive places & people.

  • Be mindful of any "media" interaction.

  • ESSENTIAL OILS - We used E.O. during our work together, and you will find the best ones here.

  • Journal about your experience.

  • Share only with people who can hold you tenderly & with deep care.
