1. Sacred Sessions *

We both agree to honor each other’s time for our Sessions. This means being on time, and communicating (Telegram Text) if there is any unforeseen time delay. Note: Time delay means you are NOT able to call the practitioner on the minute we have agreed to. ANY time delay gets to be communicated, with a request for the time you need, ie, "There's more traffic than expected, I will be able to call you 10 minutes after the hour." For phone sessions, you call Practitioner at the given date and time. If you do not call or communicate within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you loose that session. Treat Sacred Session time sacred - make calls from a quiet, private, pleasurable place where you can be present in order to receive maximum value (e.g., no calls from a cell phone while driving, no eating, no multi-tasking unless you're in the bath, pleasure is an exception!) If you are going to be in transition, or in a non-optimal place, please communicate that before our session begins.

2. Be Prepared, Journal & Intention *

Purchase your own journal, and have it with you for every session. Come to your sessions with an agenda you’d like to work on. Come clear intention and issues to work with. If there is factual information you want to convey (e.g., an update), you will convey that via an WhatsApp Message or e-mail prior to the session.

3. Change of Time/Date *

There is a 48 hours’ notice in advance to change a session. (unless there is an emergency, exceptions are at facilitator's discretion). Failure to give adequate notice results in forfeiting your session.

4. Keeping agreements *

We will keep all commitments and agreements we make to each other—including “ITG’s” aka- Invitations to Grow. Only make agreements you are committed to keeping. You will text or email 5-10 bullet notes of your take-aways + all the ITG’s you agree to within 24 hours of our Sacred Session.

5. Contribution *

Complete contribution, via the method you desire, on time, as described in our email exchange. The exchange is $3-5k usd/month, for a minimum of 6-months to 1 year. This contribution is nonrefundable. If for some reason The Earth Temple Practitioners are unable to continue working with you, we will refund the contribution for any unused sessions. If you choose not to continue, all contribution will be forfeited.

6. Rising Ritual *

Begin or CONTINUE the practice of morning meditation & ritual.

7. Personal Responsibility *

Take responsibility for getting what you want from the SoulMentorship Journey process. If anything we do together doesn’t work for you or “feel right,” bring it to our attention so we can explore other options. If you have an issue with our work, come to the practioner first. Within 24 hours of the upset, you get to share with the practitioner what is happening, or request time to process, with a chosen date in the future of when it will be cleared. If you begin to speak about our work in a negative way with others, or on social media, you will be dropped from this and ALL programs & your contribution will be forfeited.

8. Communication & Confidentiality *

Understand that we will communicate in a direct, honest way—giving clear feedback from a constructive and supportive place. Be open to receiving feedback and experimenting with new actions, behaviors, and strategies to create the results you want. Communicate with the same level of transparency and authenticity with me and to ask for support when you need it. Everything you share will be held in the strictest confidentiality. I may share our work in GENERAL ways with other clients and colleagues, and I agree to not use your name or make reference to who you might be in a revealing way.

9. Email & Telegram communication *

Practitioner will respond to your email or text within 24-48 hours (often sooner) during the business week - Monday through Friday. If you have a more urgent need to communicate, indicate “urgent” in the subject line or call at the number above and leave a message. December 19 - January 6 and June 19 - July 6th are high holy days and rest times. Sacred Sessions will not happen during these times. WhatsApp and email communication is still open, with a 72 hour+ response time, as Practioners are likely to be off the grid.

10. Miscellaneous *

We begin this joyful journey in full awareness that this work is not medical advice or professional therapy. Journeyer/Client, agrees to never hold Rev. Briana Lynn Cavion, The Earth Temple, or any of their associates or practitioners, legally, socially, or spiritually responsible/liable for any decision, action, or in-action, or outcome of their own health, wealth, or well being of their life. Once the commitment & contribution are in, there are no refunds. We engage in this journey in perfect faith that as two autonomous beings, we work in solidarity for each of us to find our own inner authority, to move forward, trusting our own guidance with each step. Both the Journeyer and the Practitioner agree to the contribution, by the given dates, unless otherwise specified in writing. And with that, we both enthusiastically say “yes” to the next year of this work together as outlined above, to be adjusted with the consent via email of both agreeing parties!
